Common Questions

How long does shipping usually take?
Most oversized body kits are shipped by sea freight. The usual delivery time is approximately 30–50 days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and final delivery schedule.
Does the price include shipping and customs duties?
For most countries, our sea freight price includes DDP door-to-door delivery, which means shipping, customs clearance, and duties are already included. A few countries may require DDU service, and we will confirm before shipment.
Can I choose faster shipping?
Yes. DHL or air freight may be available for some products and destinations. However, oversized automotive parts usually have high air shipping costs, and DHL service is normally DDU, meaning the customer may need to handle customs clearance and import taxes.
How do I confirm whether the body kit fits my car?
Please check your vehicle model, year, version, and bumper type before ordering. You can also send us photos of your car from the front, side, and rear, and our team will help confirm compatibility before shipment.
Are the parts painted before shipping?
Some products are available in gloss black, matte black, carbon fiber finish, or unpainted finish. Please check the product page carefully. If painting is required, we recommend confirming color and finish details with us before placing the order.
What materials are used for TOPSTH body kits?
Depending on the product, we offer ABS plastic, carbon fiber, and other automotive-grade materials. ABS is commonly used for durable and cost-effective body kits, while carbon fiber provides a lighter and more premium appearance.
Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Most body kit parts require 3M double-sided tape, adhesive promoter, and screws on the lower mounting points. Proper test fitting before final installation is very important.
Will the product be damaged during shipping?
We use protective packaging such as bubble wrap and wooden crate packaging for large body kits. Before shipment, we also inspect the product and packaging to reduce the risk of damage during long-distance transportation.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product, outer packaging, shipping label, and wooden crate. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable after-sales solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipment preparation, we can help modify or cancel it. Once the product has been packed, shipped, or custom-produced, cancellation may not be available.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information. For sea freight orders, tracking may update slowly during the ocean shipping stage, but we will continue monitoring the shipment until final delivery.
Can I contact TOPSTH before placing an order?
Yes. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about fitment, material, shipping time, or installation details. This helps avoid unnecessary mistakes and ensures you receive the correct product.
