Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at sale@topsth.com.

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Cost
Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • For large items such as body kits, international return shipping can be very expensive due to oversized packaging

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a return, as we may help provide alternative solutions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items or clearance products

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Due to the large size of automotive parts, return shipping costs may be significant

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
