Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging should be kept intact.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at sale@topsth.com.

Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Large automotive products such as body kits may incur significant international return shipping costs due to oversized packaging.

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend contacting us before arranging a return, as our team may be able to provide an alternative solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue is verified, TOPSTH will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement parts

• Product replacement

• Technical support

• Another reasonable after-sales solution

The recommended 48-hour notification period does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Installed or used products

• Products that have been drilled, cut, painted, modified, or permanently altered

• Custom-made or made-to-order products

• Clearance or final-sale products where legally permitted

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union and applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

• The product should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

• Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law.

• Oversized automotive products may involve significant return transportation costs.

Any refund of original delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Custom-made, personalized, or other legally exempt products may not qualify for the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refund processing normally takes 5–10 business days after approval.

• Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by TOPSTH.
