Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
For large items such as body kits, front lips, side skirts, rear diffusers, spoilers, bumpers, and carbon fiber parts, additional preparation and packaging time may be required.
For made-to-order, pre-order, or customized products, production time may vary depending on the item. If additional time is required, our team will contact you before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
North America
Default shipping is by sea freight.
Estimated delivery time: 30–60 days.
Final delivery is usually completed by a local courier.
Europe & Middle East
Default shipping is by sea freight or rail freight.
Estimated delivery time: 35–60 days.
Final delivery is usually completed by a local courier.
Japan, Korea & Southeast Asia
Default shipping is by sea freight or regional freight.
Estimated delivery time: 10–25 days.
Norway & Switzerland
Orders to Norway and Switzerland are shipped by DHL Air Freight DDU.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value.
For faster delivery to other countries, air freight options may be available upon request. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 days. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Shipping Cost
Sea freight or rail freight shipping is included for most eligible orders.
Product pricing usually includes standard shipping costs.
We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on product size, package dimensions, destination country, and logistics availability.
For oversized items, remote areas, special destinations, or air freight shipments, additional shipping costs may apply.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For most supported countries, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning import duties and taxes are included in the order price.
However, DDP availability depends on the destination country, shipping method, and product size.
For certain countries or regions, including Turkey, Norway, Switzerland, and other special destinations, Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) may apply. In these cases, customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any applicable local fees.
Orders to Norway and Switzerland are shipped DDU via DHL Air Freight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by DHL or local customs before or upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that tracking updates for sea freight shipments may take several days to become active, especially during the international transportation stage.
Important Notes
Please provide a valid phone number at checkout, as it is required by the courier for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, port congestion, holidays, carrier delays, remote area delivery, or other unforeseen factors.
Large items may be shipped in reinforced wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.
Some orders may be delivered in multiple stages, including international transportation, customs clearance, and final local courier delivery.
Some large orders or multi-item orders may be shipped in separate packages.
